Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Smarter Everyday. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and family use

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If a learner cannot consent independently, a parent or guardian must authorize and supervise the account. A parent linking a child represents that they are authorized to view and act on that learner's information.

The service

Smarter Everyday provides learning practice, progress analytics, reports, reminders, family visibility, and score-based reward requests. Features may vary by learning plan, account relationship, device, or delivery channel.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep access to your phone and Google account secure, provide accurate information, and notify us of unauthorized use. Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, access another person's account, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected systems, or use learning content unlawfully.

Learning and rewards

The service is educational support, not a guarantee of academic results. Scores and assessed levels are progress indicators. Rewards are configured and fulfilled manually by an authorized parent or administrator; they are not cash, currency, or transferable property.

Content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us permission to process submitted answers and requests to operate and improve the service. Smarter Everyday content and software may not be copied, redistributed, or exploited except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict access to protect users or the service. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes and contact
